This maybe because as the older people are overweight a bit, they have greater nitritional reserves that help carry them through bouts of ill health... The limit is, 37 waist line for men and 33 inches for women...
5. Full Fat Diary

According to a research, those who consume the most full-fat dairy were 63 percent less likely to develop "metabolic syndrome", a cluster symptoms such as high blood pressure, blood lipids and glucose level that can lead to diabetes, heart disease and stroke... However, a balance diet is oso very very important in maintaining a good health...

6. Caffeine

This is my favorite... And I am really glad to hear bout this very good news...Coffee is able to combating or delaying the development of Parkinson's disease in men... Caffeine can stimulates the nerve cells' production of dopamine to counteract the disease's symptoms...
